Nearly three-quarters of a billion dollars will be invested over the next few years in a resort project in Mont-Tremblant, in the Laurentians.

A Montreal real estate developer, Groupe Brivia, announced on Wednesday the details of the first two phases of its mega project L'Hymne des Trembles which will see the light of day on Tremblant's Versant Soleil.

The project has was designed according to the “ski in/ski out” model with the creation of privileged access to the slopes of Station Tremblant via the Le Soleil lift.

The first two phases consist of a combination of mountain homes, townhouses and condos. The Hymne des Trembles will be laid out on a 14-hectare site. The first phase will have 64 units, while 15 more are planned for phase 2.

The first units will go on sale, starting in mid-October, at a starting price of $950,000. Delivery is scheduled for April 2024.

Social acceptability

Wood and rock are the two materials that will be preferred in the construction of houses. “For us, social acceptability is a priority.
