A network outage at Telus persists in Montreal

A network outage at Telus continues in Montreal


A network outage at Telus has been causing connection problems for many customers in Montreal for two days. 

According to the telecommunications company, a problem of equipment is believed to be the cause of the outage that occurred on Friday morning. 

On Saturday morning, mobile data services were still affected by this outage.

“Mobile services are currently suspended. You may be unable to access the Internet from your mobile device,” Telus said on its website.

An investigation is underway to allow technicians to restore service to Montreal subscribers.
