Fall is the season of various fruits, but for some reason, few people use grapes to make cakes.
Usually Charlotte with apples is baked in the fall. However, if you want to surprise your guests, be sure to prepare an extremely delicious Italian grape pancake.
Warm milk 250 ml; Fresh yeast 20 gr .; High-quality flour 500 gr .; Eggs 1 pc.; Liquorice butter 60 gr .; Cooking sauce 1 pinch; Brown sugar 2 tbsp .; Any grape.
Put the heated milk, fresh yeast and sugar in a clean bowl, mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Then add flour, a pinch of salt, egg and melted butter to the bowl. Mix everything and knead a homogeneous dough. Cover the finished mixture with cling film and set aside for 30 minutes in a warm place.
After a half an hour, the dough will rise and double. Turn off the baking dish with parchment paper and put the dough in it. Place the grapes on the dough, pressing it lightly. Cover the top of the dough with a towel and set aside for 10 minutes.
Then put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Decorate the baked, fragrant cake with powdered sugar and serve it to the table. Grapes and soft yeast dough go well together.
