Fugitive sex offender actively wanted


The police officers of the Integrated Pimping Squad (EILP) are asking for the public's help in locating Vincent Daigle, on the run after being found guilty last Monday of sexual assault.< /strong>

Daigle reportedly left the Longueuil treatment center last Monday, where he was to remain until his planned return to court on November 14, 2022.

He then wore a t-shirt, jogging pants and black shoes. The 31-year-old man, originally from Lévis, is actively wanted for breach of condition.

Earlier in the day, at the Quebec courthouse, he had pleaded guilty to several counts of charge, including sexual assault, obtaining sexual services for consideration, drug trafficking, threats, harassment, obstruction of justice, dangerous driving and absconding.

< p>Daigle is 5 ft 11 in (180 cm) tall and weighs 175 lbs (80 kg). He has shaved brown hair and blue eyes. He has numerous tattoos (including neck, chest, arms and back) and ear and nipple piercings.

Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.< /p>

Any information that can help find him can be transmitted confidentially to the Criminal Information Center of the Sûreté du Québec at 1 800 659-4264.

The EILP is a structure unified investigation within which several national police organizations, including the SQ and the RCMP, and municipal ones, work together in the fight against pimping, human trafficking and child prostitution for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
