Line to Massachusetts: Hydro-Québec wins a first round
UPDATE DAY
The first leg is won by Hydro-Québec to build its line to Massachusetts.
The Supreme Court of Maine rules the referendum organized by opponents of the NECEC project is unconstitutional, according to documents consulted by Le Journal.
The whole thing is sent to a lower court on commerce.
