A body was found in the fire that ravaged a garage attached to an apartment Saturday morning in Mansonville, Estrie.
The fire s was declared around 4 a.m. on the night of Friday to Saturday, and ravaged a building located on chemin de l'Aéroport, in the township municipality of Potton, in Estrie, according to the spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec Catherine Bernard.
The body was found by the fire department once the fire was under control. The coroner's inquest will determine the identity of the victim as well as the causes of the incident.
A fire technician was also dispatched to the scene to analyze the scene.
