We all know the benefits of sport on the body and mind. But nuances must be made, especially when it comes to its practice with young people.
A recent study reveals that teenagers who practice sports in a group are less at risk of developing mental illness than those who do not practice any sport. < /p>
But, and this is the novelty: those who practice individual sports (such as boxing, judo, tennis etc.) would be more vulnerable than those who do not practice any sport. Why?
