Before the FAC delegates are the Prime Minister, Knesset speaker, Ministers and MPs, heads of major Israeli companies and we cities. About the world Zionist Congress on the front pages of the leading Israeli Newspapers. Up to 2015 the main force at the meetings of the FAC had American delegates from the reform, conservative and “non-aligned” synagogues. The vast majority of these delegates believe that Jerusalem should be divided between Israel and the Palestinian authority, the Jewish settlements to be evacuated inside the so-called green line of the 1967 borders, Golan heights transfer of Syria, and significant funds from the budget of the FAC you need to spend to support the economic lagging of the Arab villages and towns. These delegates were impressed by the drive 10 of the Russian-speaking delegates from the American Forum for Israel (American Forum for Israel – AFI).

In just three days, the delegation AFI has made radical changes in the structure of ALL the priorities of its work:
First created for the FAC Department on work with Russian-speaking Jewish communities and to support aliyah
For the first time in the composition of the Executive Committee of TSC were included several members of the Russian community of America – Dmitry Shiglik, Dr. Igor Branovan and Margarita Kagan
For the first time with the active support of AFI prohibited financing from the budget of the FAC of any projects and organizations endorsing the boycott and sanctions against Israel
For the first time at the head of the Jewish National Fund appoints Russian-speaking Israelis and longtime ally, AFI Ronnie Vinnikov
For the first time allocated funds VSC to the opening of the ulpan to study Hebrew and the support of Israeli cultural and educational programs and projects in the Russian community of America.
Thanks to the friendly vote of thousands of Russian-speaking residents in the U.S., AFI on VSK can be strengthened even more. Support a strong Israel!
