SNC-Lavalin lands three hospital expansion contracts

The expansion and redevelopment of the hospitals in Chicoutimi, Sept-Îles and Charles-Le-Moyne Hospital in Longueuil will be carried out by SNC-Lavalin.

SNC-Lavalin announced on Thursday that it has won three contracts with the Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI).

The projects will mainly concern the expansion and redevelopment of the operating rooms and certain specialized care units at the Hôpital de Chicoutimi, the Hôpital de Sept-Îles and the Hôpital Charles-Le-Moyne, in Longueuil.

“The work expansion and modernization of these three hospitals will significantly increase their capacity and improve patient care in the province,” said Ben Almond, president, Engineering Services, Canada, SNC-Lavalin via press release Thursday.
