Trump told the audience that he began not only “a great political campaign, but a great movement”, whose main task is to ensure that the government “cared in the first place about its citizens”.
He called his re-election “a defining moment in American history.”
During his speech, trump said that President Barack Obama “did nothing” when he was informed about the Russian intervention in elections in 2016. He then, addressing the audience, blamed the “radical opponents-Democrats” of wanting “to destroy you” and “desire to destroy our country as we know it”. The President stressed: “This is unacceptable. This will not happen”.
Donald trump also accused the Democrats unwillingness to accept the findings of the investigation of spectracolor Robert Mueller about the Russian intervention. He said that the Republicans “won in the case of the Mueller report, and now they (Democrats) want to retry”.
After trump said that the dossier was funded by the campaign of Hillary Clinton and the Democratic national Committee (DNC), the crowd again erupted with the chant, this time applauding: “Plant it.”
For the most part the action was focused on political gains trump on a number of issues, including criminal justice reform and the economy.
“Our economy is the envy of the world, perhaps the great economy we had in the entire history of our country,” the President added.
Trump continued: “the fact that the American dream is back. It is bigger, better and stronger than ever before.”
The President stressed his success in the appointment of Federal judges and complained about how the Democrats appeal to judge Brett kavanaugh, telling the crowd: “They are not just trying to win, they tried to destroy his false and malicious accusations “in the name of” political domination and control”.
Trump called Cavanaugh “great gentleman” who is “very respected” throughout the judicial system, and said that the Democrats have plagued his family. Last year kavanaugh, speaking to Fox News, said his wife threatened.
He then condemned the “crazy” Bernie Sanders and once again vowed that America “never” will become a socialist country.
Festive and lively atmosphere was both outside and inside the arena. Caps, shirts, mugs and bags in Orlando was sold everywhere.
The security officers managed the traffic areas of the meeting, when jubilant fans trump occasionally chanted “USA, USA”.
Others roamed the neighborhoods around the city, urging people to sign a petition to “prevent voter fraud”.
Joe Biden, the leader among Democrats in the polls and in fundraising, has sought to weaken the momentum on Tuesday shortly before trump came on the scene.
At the same time Sanders spent Tuesday open forum “Ask me anything” on Reddit. Sanders is in the video response to the appeal of trump later in the day made a series of personal insults. He called trump a “racist” and “sexist”, amongst other critics.
