Two arrests and one seriously injured during a fight in Old Montreal

A man was seriously injured in a fight around 1 a.m. on Friday morning at Place D'Youville in Old Montreal.
Two people, one A 29-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man were arrested following a fight between several individuals that broke out around 1:15 a.m. Friday in Place d'Youville near Saint-Nicolas Street in Old Montreal.
A 32-year-old man was injured in the upper body possibly by physical force. “He was transported to a hospital for injuries that at first glance seem serious,” said Montreal Police Service officer Véronique Comtois.
The scene is currently protected by investigators.
