What's going through Kanye West's head?< /p> UPDATE DAY

** Warning: some comments transcribed in this article may shock. **

In a series of conspiratorial, hateful and anti-Semitic outbursts, American rapper and investor Kanye West has announced his intention to buy the social network Parler, a kind of alternative-right Twitter American. Does he plan to become the new king of conspiracies, a title left vacant by Alex Jones?

Banished by Instagram, having had his Twitter account restricted, being blacklisted from many platforms podcasts, and spreading anti-Semitic and conspiratorial speech, “Ye” worries.

Normally, this should lead to the end of his career. However, as shown by the persistence of characters like Alex Jones, to whom his remarks are getting closer and closer, it is quite the opposite that is happening.

Repeated slippages

A few days ago, Kanye West showed himself on Instagram by wishing to make Diddy an example to “show Jews that no one can threaten or influence him”.

The private exchange between Diddy and Kanye West, shared on Instagram.

Following this post, his Instagram account was temporarily suspended under the social network's rules on hate speech.

He then insinuated the same thing on Twitter, this time to the towards Instagram owner and Meta boss Mark Zuckerberg, further calling for a 'Death con 3' on Jews.

Kanye West's anti-Semitic Twitter post directed at Mark Zuckerberg.

A few days before, he was already controversial by strolling at fashion week in Paris with Candace Owens, far-right polemicist and having studied at Alex Jones and InfoWars, with a White Lives Matter t-shirt (WLM).

This slogan is a hateful diversion of the famous Black Lives Matter (BLM) slogan, made popular by the anti-racist demonstrations that shook America following the killing of George Floyd by police in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

WLM was originally promoted by the Aryan Renaissance Society and the Ku Klux Klan, according to the American Defamation League (ADL).

Special at Tucker…and dropped in mass for the rest

Offering Kanye West several primetime nights on Fox News to service his anti-Semitism, but also to prove that a “Blaxit” would exist as the midterm elections in the United States approach (“ Blaxit” means the departure of black voters from the Democratic Party to the Republican Party), Carlson could nevertheless not effectively hide Kanye's racist collapse.

Indeed, shortly after the interviews between Carlson and West aired, several cut anti-Semitic and hateful passages leaked. This prompted many commentators to accuse the Fox network anchor of downplaying the insanity of Kanye's speech for his political advantage.

If the slip-up was too much for LeBron James and his podcast The Shop, for Adidas and for… Donald Trump, it was not for the rapper N.O.R.E. and his podcast Drink Champs, podcast where he once again deployed many incendiary comments.

But the worst was yet to come…

He explains this in this podcast Drink Champsthat the Jews would control the media, and that they would be rich because almost all of them would prefer to be family law lawyers to manage divorces and therefore make the maximum profit.

He also explains that he cannot be anti-Semitic because all blacks are Jews. These words come from a theory equating blacks with the blood of Christ. This theory, promoted by the Black Hebrew Israelites sect, is considered hateful by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPL).

As for a world dominated by what Kanye West considers to be “international Jewry”, these remarks are to be compared to the theory of the “Protocol of the Elders of Zion”, a set of “affirmations” having inspired figures like Adolph Hitler, and published many times since the beginning of the 20th century.

Finally, the rapper argues that George Floyd died of an overdose of Fentanyl, and not murdered by Derek Chauvin. Following the remarks, Floyd's family filed a defamation lawsuit seeking $250 million from Kanye West.

So what's going through 'Ye's' head?

It is necessary to remember that Kanye West was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2016. He explained that “when you are in this state, you become hyper paranoid about everything and everyone […] Everything is a conspiracy.”

While West confessed to using “alternative methods” of treatment instead of traditional methods and medications, several bipolar disorder patients were able to tell the Huffington Post that “if bipolar disorder can get worse without treatment, that doesn't mean it can cause racism and anti-Semitism”.

“There are no excuses for 'Ye's' behavior on social media,” says psychiatrist Allison Young M.D.

As N.O.R.E and her co-hosts attempt damage control through various apologies, Kanye is going a little deeper into his words.

He repeated the same words this week to Chris Cuomo, former dedicated CNN host, on the Newswatch channel .

And this Wednesday, October 19, he confessed to Piers Morgan that he feels no remorse for his anti-Semitism.
